• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using standardized evaluation tools to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions based on the latest practices in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Keep detailed and confidential clinical records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and therapeutic approaches.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding client confidentiality.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor within a community health or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of a varied client population.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our compensation package includes:
