• Conduct virtual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, employing ethical practices and a compassionate demeanor.

• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of clients through initial consultations and ongoing sessions.
• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized therapy plans that address clients’ goals, progress, and feedback.
• Facilitate insightful discussions to help clients better understand their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Track and monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to foster healthy coping mechanisms.

The counselors we seek will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This population includes individuals dealing with a range of concerns such as anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and stress management. By focusing on this demographic, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful impacts while guiding clients towards greater self-understanding and resilience.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure in the state of practice; accepted qualifications include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to operate independently, managing your caseload without supervision.
• Clean disciplinary record with no actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic nature in client interactions.
• Proficiency in technology and familiarity with current therapeutic developments.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and hours worked.
