This full-time role focuses on supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and co-occurring medical conditions, while fostering a culture of wellness and integrated care. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
