Job description

Outbound Insurance Producer Uncapped Income, Real Mentorship, a Team Built to Last

We're building a team of outbound producers who want to compete and win together, not just hit a number alone. If you're tired of chasing the next stop, jumping from ad to ad, agency to agency, hoping the next one finally sticks, read this whole thing before you apply. This might be the last ad you ever answer.

At the Allstate Agency of Myles Harris, we don't sell policies... we build trusted-advisor relationships that last decades. This is an outbound sales seat for a producer who wants ownership of their pipeline, a coach in their corner, and a team around them pulling in the same direction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll work a real mix of opportunities: cross-sell and win-back clients from our existing book, provided web and internet leads, and pipeline you build yourself through outbound calls, texts, and digital outreach.
  • You'll own the full cycle... prospecting, needs analysis, close, with our licensed service team handling retention so you can stay focused on production.
  • You'll write new property and casualty business daily, following our sales process consistently and managing your pipeline in the CRM like it's your own book, because it is.
  • You'll train and roleplay with your team every day, not as a formality, but because the reps who get coached are the reps who close.
  • You'll work a structured call block and a weekly team cadence, so you always know where you and the team stand, and where to focus next.
  • You'll train through a structured onboarding and coaching program, so you're earning while you ramp, not left to figure it out alone.

Responsibilities

What We Build This Team On

Four things we hold ourselves to, together, which speaks directly to our culture:

  • Accountability we own our numbers and support each other in hitting them
  • Excellence we coach every call and push each other to get better every week
  • Collaboration we win as a team; your success makes the whole agency stronger
  • Growth Mindset every "no" is a step forward, not a setback

Who Thrives Here

  • You've sold before and know what consistent effort looks like
  • You're coachable, and you want a team that will push you to be better
  • You're not looking for another stop, you're looking for somewhere to finally call home
  • You're energized by being part of a team working toward something bigger than any one person's number

What Sets This Seat Apart

  • Uncapped, performance-based income. Your effort sets your ceiling.
  • A leadership path that's earned, not given. When you prove it, we build the next seat for you.
  • Real infrastructure to work with: cross-sell and win-back opportunities from our existing book, provided web leads, and industry-leading platforms with structured training built to support a motivated, growth-oriented professional.
  • Direct 1:1 mentorship from an owner who's still in it with you, not removed from production.

Requirements

What You Need

  • An active California Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one within an agreed window (agency-supported, mandatory to start)
  • A verified track record of high production and self-generated results, we're looking for A-players
  • The discipline for a phone-heavy, activity-driven role... consistency over time, not one big week
  • The "kind" factor: we're a competitive team, but a kind one, you treat clients and colleagues with genuine respect, no exceptions
  • Resilience: you don't fear the "no," you understand it's just part of the process to get to the "yes"

A note before you apply: this posting isn't for everyone, and it's not supposed to be. If you're sending out fifty applications this week hoping one of them sticks, this probably isn't it. If you've read this far and something in it named what you've actually been looking for, that's worth more to us than another line on a resume.

If you want to be part of a team built to win, together, we want to talk to you.
