We're a fast-growing roofing company that has expanded by 30% annually over the past seven years. We partner with motivated individuals who want a long-term career in roofing sales. Our team provides hands-on training with a goal for every new hire to earn a minimum of $100K in there first year.

Position Overview

We're looking for driven individuals interested in roofing sales - no prior experience required. All you need is strong work ethic, common sense, and a desire to succeed. We'll train you to become a high-performing roofing sales professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with homeowners and potential clients
  • Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
  • Clearly explain roofing services and value-added offerings
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Travel to meet clients
  • Perform door-to-door lead generation
  • Climb and inspect residential roofs

work on a 100% commission pay structure

Job Requirements

  • Valid drivers license
  • Must have a vehicle ( truck or similar) that can haul ladders and other equipment required to perform job duties
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry, and set up ladders up to 32' in length
  • Ability to climb roofs up to a 10/12 slope ( with proper safety harness/ equipment) and up to 3-story residential height
  • Ability to access attics and other confined spaces
  • Ability to work safely and with agility at construction job sites
  • Must be able to pass a background check
