Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, taking into account social, emotional, and educational factors.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, and provide individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Monitor client progress through scheduled follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address shifting needs effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
  • Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
