• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, taking into account social, emotional, and educational factors.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, and provide individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Monitor client progress through scheduled follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address shifting needs effectively.
• Coordinate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
• Engage in outreach efforts that promote mental health awareness in the community, aiming to reduce stigma and enhance accessibility to our services.

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds who face a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. By working with a diverse patient population, our therapists gain valuable clinical experience and enhance their cultural competence, allowing for more effective therapy interventions. Each therapist will have the opportunity to contribute uniquely to the wellbeing of individuals and families within the community.

• Active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Proficiency in establishing trusting relationships with clients, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, showcasing cultural sensitivity and competence.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Experience in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and remote work practices.
• Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
