• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, focusing on their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, addressing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, through virtual sessions and telehealth platforms.
• Develop and implement culturally competent treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique background and mental health challenges, utilizing therapeutic techniques that have been proven effective.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated care approach, optimizing patient outcomes.
• Track patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical observations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them throughout the recovery process.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, including confidentiality and informed consent, ensuring patient trust and safety in a remote healthcare environment.

This position will focus on patients in the detoxification phase, many of whom are experiencing acute mental health issues related to substance use disorders. As an LCSW at our facility, you will play an instrumental role in guiding individuals through their initial recovery journey, addressing both their mental health and substance-related challenges.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a strong academic background in mental health theories and practices.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to patients, with a focus on those facing addiction or co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with patients and collaboration within a healthcare team.
• Proficient clinical skills, such as conducting thorough behavioral assessments and creating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies to manage patient documentation and enhance care coordination.

• Previous experience working in detoxification settings or with patients impacted by substance use disorders is highly desirable.
