Remote | Full-Time | Commission-Based

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives.

In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually, learn about their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and guide them through the sales process. You'll receive training and ongoing support while developing your communication, sales, and customer service skills.

What You'll Do
  • Connect with prospective clients through phone and video conversations.
  • Build professional relationships and understand customers' insurance needs.
  • Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly.
  • Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through policy placement.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Compensation

Commission-Based | Performance-Based Earnings
