This position allows for a flexible remote work setting while also involving engagement with clients at our outpatient office located in Fredonia, Arizona. As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group sessions that foster connectivity among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn collaboratively.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Your skills will be utilized in offering empathetic, personalized counseling that enables clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment strategies targeting their unique challenges and aspirations.
• Monitoring Progress: You will implement various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and document client progress effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, promoting the sharing of insights and strategies that optimize client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each seeking support and guidance as they navigate their mental health journeys in a supportive, outpatient setting. By offering tailored therapeutic interventions, you will empower these young adults to achieve meaningful, lasting recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A deep understanding of mental health issues affecting young adults.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in treatment documentation.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Prior experience working with young adults in clinical settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and holistic treatment methodologies.
• Experience in group facilitation and team collaboration within outpatient services.
