This position is fully remote and designed to facilitate comprehensive telehealth services. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, and relational problems, specifically focusing on the effects of divorce and relationship dynamics.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide education to clients and families about mood disorders, effective treatment options, and practical self-care strategies related to relationship management.
• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs and goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other community health providers to integrate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Stay current with new research pertaining to marriage and family therapy practices to enhance clinical skills and treatment efficacy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to further develop your skills.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce stigma and promote access to services.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families navigating complex relationship issues, including divorce, separation, and other life transitions that impact family dynamics. You will help clients foster healthier relationships by addressing emotional disturbances, facilitating communication, and restoring connection. Your work will significantly contribute to improved personal well-being and family function.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to facilitate efficient and effective client management.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies tailored to family and marriage counseling, particularly focusing on divorce and relationship issues.
• Familiarity with integrated care approaches, enabling collaboration with healthcare providers to deliver holistic treatment.
• Experience in a remote healthcare setting within mental health services is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
