This role is entirely remote, offering mental health counselors the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a professional telehealth practice. The position operates primarily during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate client schedules. Our telehealth platform provides counselors with the necessary tools to conduct virtual sessions effectively, ensuring a seamless and secure environment for client interactions.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment options.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, leveraging a variety of therapeutic interventions suitable for diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to all legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client privacy at all times.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, peer reviews, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry practices.

• Experience with telehealth delivery and the use of virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to the mental health discipline.
• Background in working with specific populations, including clients with addiction or trauma histories, is considered an asset.
