• Conduct engaging and comprehensive initial assessments that take into account each client’s unique mental health status and personal objectives.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on identified needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that align with clients' goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients, demonstrating your expertise in various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients in need of support.
• React swiftly to deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, employing your clinical acumen to stabilize and support clients.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops, staying abreast of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.

As a mental health therapist at Anchored Hope, you will assist individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, among other concerns. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills that foster connection and understanding between you and your clients.
• Strong organizational abilities paired with effective time management skills to maintain a productive caseload.

While not mandatory, we appreciate candidates who have a proven track record in teletherapy, as well as experience working with diverse populations. Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices is valuable in this role. A commitment to continuing education and professional growth is also highly regarded.
