Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional and distraction-free environment. Our outpatient office structure provides you with the support of administrative and IT services, ensuring that you can focus on what you do bestโ€”helping clients. You will operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, without the added pressure of weekend or after-hours commitments, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients address various emotional and psychological issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our streamlined digital platform, ensuring that all client records are up to date with compliance standards.
  • Participate in regular peer check-ins and skill-building sessions designed to enhance clinical skills and foster a supportive community among team members.

Qualifications
