Work Environment

Our remote work environment allows you the freedom to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a supportive and engaging team atmosphere. We operate Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunities for flexible scheduling. You will receive in-house credentialing assistance and support with managing insurance participation and scheduling, which allows you to focus primarily on client care.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs.
  • Utilize your expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing various therapeutic interventions tailored to client requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members, documenting assessments and treatment interventions while participating in regular case meetings and patient rounds.
  • Provide effective case management services by collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for patients.
  • Complete ethical and timely documentation in line with department standards to facilitate continuity of care and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Sustain proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications
  • A valid license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW issued by the State of Florida.
