BroadPath, a Sagility Company is seeking experienced Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our growing remote team!

If you're passionate about helping people navigate their health insurance options and enjoy working from home, we'd love to hear from you. In this seasonal, fully remote role, you'll provide consultative support to customers exploring {Medicare or Under 65} health plans. Using your product knowledge and sales expertise, you'll identify each caller's needs, educate them on available plan options, and guide them toward the best solution.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position. Schedules, pay rates, and program details may vary based on business needs and client assignment.

Compensation Highlights

  • Starting pay: $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more based on experience
  • Training completion bonus for employees who achieve 95% or higher attendance during training and 100% attendance during the first week of production
  • End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers exploring health insurance options
  • Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment through active listening
  • Educate customers on available health plans and benefits
  • Recommend the plan that best meets each customer's needs
  • Confidently guide conversations toward a successful enrollment
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with members and prospective customers
  • Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, and our client partners with professionalism and care
  • Thrive as part of a collaborative virtual team while working from home

What You'll Bring

  • Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
  • Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one successful season as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a Telesales environment
  • Strong consultative sales and customer service skills
  • Confidence assuming the sale and guiding customers through the enrollment process
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working productively in a remote environment
