Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models using your healthcare management expertise and operational knowledge.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving healthcare operations, decision-making, and patient service quality.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Design and solve real-world healthcare management and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning.
  • Write clear, structured solutions covering compliance, resource allocation, quality assurance, and organizational performance.
  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with healthcare standards and regulations. 
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance model understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and operational workflows.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare administration, operations management, or medical services coordination.
  • Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Health Services Management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, healthcare quality standards, and organizational management principles.
  • Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and evaluation.
  • Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.
