• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to clients utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and integrative approaches tailored to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather pertinent information about clients’ mental health histories, current concerns, and personal goals to craft effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions across various formats, including individual, couples, and family therapy, adapting to the specific needs and preferences of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapy goals and regularly review progress, utilizing the latest therapeutic techniques and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with both regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring timely updates and accessibility for telehealth providers.
• Utilize our user-friendly schedulers and digital tools to manage client appointments, session notes, and follow-up care efficiently.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By leveraging your clinical expertise, you will help empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve lasting well-being. • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted licensure in Maryland to practice independently as a mental health therapist (e.g., LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCMFT).

• Experience delivering teletherapy or remote counseling services preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Specializations in areas such as trauma, addiction, or pediatric mental health are warmly welcomed.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
