As a Remote Insurance Representative, you'll educate clients, build lasting relationships, and provide exceptional service throughout every stage of the customer experience.Key Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
• Present personalized life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment.
• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development.
