Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, gathering necessary information to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize solution-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health issues, helping clients navigate challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with organizational policies and relevant state regulations, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to develop and implement holistic treatment strategies.
• Provide educational resources and supportive coaching to patients and their families, empowering them in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from varying backgrounds and circumstances. The clinic serves children, adults, and families, each with unique needs ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Your role is pivotal in shaping positive outcomes, guiding clients through their challenges, and building resilience through tailored interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a focus on individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
