• Deliver evidence-based therapy services via telehealth to a diverse population, utilizing modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapy goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with all regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of care.
• Utilize a streamlined client scheduling system and session notes management tool to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in regular consultations with coaching staff to refine therapeutic approaches and share best practices.

Our counselors work with a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. This dynamic patient population is serviced through a telehealth platform, allowing for flexibility that accommodates individuals' unique needs and schedules. Counselors are encouraged to build long-term therapeutic relationships that foster growth and healing.

• A valid, full licensure as a mental health professional by the State Board, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, ensuring the ability to provide therapy independently without supervision.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or with a diverse clientele is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapy modalities relevant to a variety of mental health issues.
• Experience in using digital practice management tools for documentation and scheduling.
