Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs comprehensively.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that integrate their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal histories, thereby enhancing therapeutic engagement.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating with interdisciplinary healthcare providers and community resources to ensure immediate and effective care for patients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Empower patients and families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies to effectively manage mental health challenges.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to enhance treatment strategies.

Qualifications
