Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the client's needs comprehensively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific goals, values, and cultural contexts.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to facilitate healing in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when clients experience acute distress, ensuring coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering strictly to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage in psychoeducation, equipping clients and their families with effective tools and knowledge to manage mental health conditions successfully.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to clients.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate efficacy and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches as required.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health to enhance clinical effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information at all times.

As a therapist at Centre Mental and Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population representing various cultural backgrounds and mental health challenges. Your nuanced understanding of individual experiences will be integral in providing tailored interventions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure in the state of Colorado as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical or counseling setting, preferably with a focus on trauma and culturally sensitive approaches.
• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation based on your experience, education, and skills.
