This position operates in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients where they are. • Conduct thorough assessments to accurately evaluate each client’s mental health status and emotional functioning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual mental health needs, ensuring they are adaptable based on progress and feedback.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress, making timely adjustments to treatment protocols to optimize results.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that at-risk clients receive immediate support and safety planning when required.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards within the telehealth framework.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create integrated care plans for our clients.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about new developments in the mental health field.
• Abide by ethical guidelines and professional standards as dictated by relevant licensing boards and fostering an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
