• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
• Design, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans aimed at aligning with clients’ specific mental health goals.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring clients have access to quality mental health support regardless of their geographical location.
• Offer crisis intervention services to address immediate and urgent mental health needs, utilizing effective de-escalation and stabilization techniques.
• Engage in continuous training and professional development to remain current with trends and updates in mental health treatment methodologies and successful therapeutic practices.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Degree requirements include a master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and virtual counseling services, including familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or private practice with a focus on outpatient therapy is highly desirable.

• Receive an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, contingent upon caseload and relevant experience.
