• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health conditions, employing standardized tools and clinical judgment to evaluate their treatment needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate their progress.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, integrating therapeutic modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Educate clients' families about mental health issues and treatment processes, encouraging their involvement to enhance the recovery journey.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a commitment to improving clients' lives.
• A solid understanding of best practices and evidence-based modalities for treating a variety of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and facilitate effective teamwork.

• Experience working with both individual and group therapy settings, with evidence of successful client engagement and outcomes.
• Background in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital mental health tools to enhance client engagement and support.
