Network Engineer AssociateLocation-RemotePosition Summary

The Network Engineer Associate supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across the organization. This role assists with network operations, monitoring, and incident resolution while gaining experience with enterprise networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security using network management tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and hardware issues.
  • Support network upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with user support requests related to network access and connectivity.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities.
  • Support implementation of network security controls and compliance requirements.
