Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to architect, design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Customize and configure Salesforce platform to extend its functionality and meet specific business needs including but not limited to enabling SiteTracker and Service Order Management integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and custom development.
Own new features through the project lifecycle, working collaboratively with a team of software developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices for impact assessment and necessary system changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience.)
Minimum of 7 years' experience and expertise in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Proficient at using Git for version control, review and CI/CD deployment.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
