The Opportunity: Senior Copywriter

We're looking for a highly versatile, AI-native Senior Copywriter who can make an immediate impact. Reporting directly to the Head of Content, you'll work closely with our Graphic Designer, Growth team, CRM team, Product team, and leadership team to help build a modern Creative Hub capable of producing high-performing marketing assets across every customer touchpoint. This is not a traditional copywriting role. We're looking for someone who combines strong writing skills, strategic thinking, AI proficiency, and creative collaboration to help scale content production while maintaining a consistent brand voice.


What You Bring

Experience

  • Approximately 5 years of copywriting, content marketing, or creative marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to write effectively across a wide range of formats and channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Experience creating copy for digital advertising, websites, email marketing, and customer lifecycle communications.
  • Experience collaborating closely with designers and creative teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.


Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and marketing funnels.

What You'll Do

  • Write high-performing copy for digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, display, video, and emerging channels.
  • Create and optimize website copy, landing pages, destination pages, product pages, checkout flows, and conversion-focused experiences.
  • Write email campaigns, automated lifecycle journeys, push notifications, in-app messages, and CRM communications.
  • Support App Store and Google Play Store optimization through compelling product copy and creative testing.
  • Create partnership decks, sales collateral, presentations, and business development materials.
  • Support organic social media initiatives with messaging, campaign concepts, and content creation.
  • Create long-form content, including blog posts, travel guides, and educational resources when needed.
  • Partner closely with the design team to develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.


Key Projects & Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain a centralized company copy deck containing approved messaging, positioning, value propositions, and brand language.
  • Help build AI-powered content creation workflows and prompting frameworks that can be leveraged across the company.
  • Support the creation and evolution of partnership and sales decks.
  • Own copy development for major website initiatives and redesign projects.
  • Produce high volumes of ad variants and creative concepts across acquisition channels.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications.
  • Contribute to blog content, SEO initiatives, and social media content creation.
  • Improve App Store and Google Play Store messaging and conversion performance.
