You will create high-quality digital and print assets that strengthen brand presence across multiple touchpoints.

Accountabilities
  • Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, event visuals, and digital marketing assets across a range of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and sales collateral using Figma.
  • Develop event materials such as banners, signage, booth graphics, merchandise, and printed collateral.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with established client and internal brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas to projects.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve visual identity systems to ensure consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with PR, social media, revenue, events, and other teams to understand creative requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Prepare artwork for both digital publication and professional print production, ensuring files meet technical specifications.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritize competing requests, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, libraries, and brand assets so they remain accessible and consistent.
  • Contribute creative expertise to projects spanning emerging technology, fintech, B2B, and other innovative industries.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience within an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design across varied formats and creative applications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Proven experience designing presentations, marketing collateral, social media assets, event materials, and other branded communications.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and file-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
