Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role provides enterprise-level management analysis, performance monitoring, and operational support to HITU leadership for the modernized EHR to ensure effective governance, reporting, and execution of the system and related health IT initiatives.


This position follows a remote delivery model supporting IHSC/HITU, consistent with current program operation; occasional on-site work at Government facilities may be required as directed by the COR, with reasonable advance notice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreeย 
  • Advanced experience supporting large-scale EHR programs, including operational analysis, performance tracking, and readiness assessmentย 
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate EHR operational workloads, enhancement pipelines, and system usage trendsย 
  • Expertise in developing program metrics, dashboards, and management reports for leadership decision-makingย 
  • Ability to support EHR release coordination, including tracking impacts to operations, training, and support functions Ability to respond to high-priority analytical requests supporting leadership and mission needs

  • Prior experience supporting DHS, ICE, or federal health agency programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior analytical support ย for the IHSC Electronic Health Record (EHR) program, focusing on ย operations, performance, and readiness
  • Analyze EHR workloads, enhancement pipelines, and operational metrics to inform leadership decision-making
  • Develop and maintain analytical ย dashboards and reporting products in support of Government-managed systems
  • Support EHR release planning and ย coordination, including tracking impacts to operations, training, and ย support functions
  • Facilitate EHR governance meetings, document decisions, and track action items
  • Support operational planning, ย resource analysis, and workload forecasting for EHR sustainment
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to examine data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to management challenges.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within EHR operations and governance processes
  • Coordinate with clinical ย stakeholders, technical teams, trainers, and leadership
  • Maintain documentation related to EHR program operations, decisions, and outcomes
