The Lead Maximization Program Manager - Growth Marketing is responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation programs that help financial professionals grow their business. This role combines marketing strategy, analytics, vendor management, and advisor consultation to improve lead quality, utilization, conversion, and return on investment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize lead generation programs designed to drive business growth and increase advisor engagement.
  • Partner directly with financial advisors to improve lead utilization, increase appointment and conversion rates, and maximize return on lead generation investments.
  • Analyze lead performance data, advisor outcomes, and program metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Consult with advisors on best practices, campaign strategies, follow-up processes, and lead conversion techniques to improve results.
  • Evaluate lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and cost efficiency, making recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with lead generation vendors and strategic partners, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve lead acquisition outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience with Managing and running Lead Generation.
  • Analytical capability: Ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align to business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to influence and partner across teams to deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Program management: Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders with strong execution discipline.

  • Salesforce background experience.
