This role leads the strategy, execution oversight, and optimization of advisor-facing marketing programs that drive qualified demand and improve conversion outcomes. The position partners across marketing, sales, and field leadership to ensure lead strategies, tools, and programs are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable results. The role is accountable for performance insights, program effectiveness, and continuous improvement of advisor marketing initiatives, including ownership of specific channels and programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Leads performance analysis and optimization
    Analyzes program, partner, and field performance data to identify trends, inform strategy, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and return on investment.
  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders
    Collaborates with marketing, sales, field leadership, and external partners to align program execution, ensure business needs are met, and optimize end-to-end lead and conversion strategies.
  • Oversees lead distribution strategy and tools
    Defines and manages lead distribution approach, business rules, and supporting tools to ensure leads are routed effectively and aligned to advisor capacity, capability, and customer needs.
  • Owns assigned channels and programs
    Leads strategy, content direction, and performance of assigned marketing programs or channels (e.g., advisor-facing content, campaigns, or owned media) to support demand generation and engagement goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or related field with demonstrated ownership of program performance.
  • Analytical capability: Ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align to business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to influence and partner across teams to deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Program management: Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders with strong execution discipline.

PREFERRED: 

  • Experience with Managing and running Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce background experience.
