• Conduct teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to assess their mental health needs.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to implement therapeutic interventions that are responsive to client progress.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure the highest level of care.
• Facilitate discussions around coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and behavioral patterns, guiding clients toward healthier outcomes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in the field.

Our clientele encompasses diverse individuals and families facing various emotional challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. As an LMFT, you will be working with clients who seek support in navigating their emotional landscapes, whether dealing with everyday stressors or significant transformative life events. You will play a crucial role in helping them develop empowering strategies for resolution and change.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active LMFT license in the state of California is required.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments, including the ability to create and adjust therapy plans effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively in a virtual setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote treatment best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
