Your role:
We are looking for a value focused product owner to deeply understand our customer needs and challenges and translate them into overarching product vision and workable requirements for our development team. You will work within the Product team, collaborating with Product Managers, engaging with clients, subject matter experts, and partnering with Engineering to ensure development initiatives are prioritized to maximize value across our existing and future products. Your analytical skills will ensure we evaluate requests based on data and actionable KPIs, and your critical reasoning capabilities will spot opportunities for product simplification and synergy across applications and services such that the entire development process can be more efficient. Through your input on the product roadmap, you will enable us to focus on extending or enhancing FSI services and capabilities to meet future product and business needs. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping how artificial intelligence is embedded into our product planning cycles - from AI-assisted workflows to intelligent UX design - ensuring FSI remains at the forefront of innovation in healthcare technology.
Your responsibilities:
  • Works together with Product Managers to ensure backlog priorities reflect the broader product strategy, market needs, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborates with the Product Manager to balance new feature development, technical debt, and customer-driven enhancements within each release.
  • Provides Product Managers with ongoing visibility into team capacity, sprint progress, and emerging issues that may impact the roadmap.
  • Be a missionary for our customers' needs and challenges. Define the most impactful customer needs by developing relationships across a number of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a prioritization framework to ensure we are building and shipping the most meaningful product.
  • Produce product documentation and ensure the development organization has clear objectives.
  • Review incoming support tickets and define bug resolution steps, working with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver key functionality to clients
  • Use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions.
  • Champion the integration of AI-driven design principles across the product suite, ensuring AI focused workflows are presented through intuitive, accessible user interfaces.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to validate that features improve task efficiency without introducing user confusion or over-reliance.
  • Ensure product features and data handling practices adhere to relevant healthcare compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and applicable state regulations, working closely with Legal, Security, and Engineering.
  • Support the development of self-serve onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and product-led growth (PLG) mechanisms that reduce time-to-value and lower implementation overhead for enterprise customers.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a product or business analytics role.
  • Product management/ownership experience in scaling B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Strong background in data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to narrate analytical results to teammates and executives in a useful, concise, and actionable way.
  • A natural, deep curiosity that drives investigation and deep analysis, and excitement to engage with end users and deeply understand customer needs.
  • Entrepreneurial - flexibility when a process has not been established and ownership to build process when appropriate.
  • Successful record of setting and meeting timelines and goals.
  • Practical solution mindset.
  • Ability to interface with all types of stakeholders and partner with every single department.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with UX research methodologies, design systems, and user-centered design processes; experience working closely with product managers.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle management tools, product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo), and CRM systems.
  • Exposure to HIPAA, SOC 2, or other healthcare and enterprise compliance frameworks.
  • Experience defining or contributing to API/integration strategy in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and modern product development tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Aha, or similar).
Work Location:
Remote. Occasional travel will be required.
Compensation:
The compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The salary is expected to fall within the range of $70,000 - $90,000.
