All shifts will be 7:00am-3:30pm. Availability options are outlined below.


Part-Time options (both fully remote):

1. Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm

2. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm


Full-Time options:

1. Thursday-Monday 7:00am-3:30pm (fully remote)

2. Thursday-Monday 7:00am-3:30pm (hybrid remote: Thurs, Fri, & Mon - in office; Sat & Sun - remote)


If choosing the full-time hybrid remote option, the days in office will be at MicahTek's location at 8215 South Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK 74011.



The primary responsibility of the Quality Control (QC) Agent is to perform on-line quality control and to grade/monitor incoming calls to provide developmental coaching. 


     Primary Duties and Responsibilities

           Perform on-line quality control for Call Center Phone Agents.

           Check carefully for accuracy on each call record.

           Maintain leading edge knowledge of computer systems.

           Perform developmental coaching with professionalism and integrity.


     Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

           Answer phones in a timely, professional and courteous manner when functioning as a Phone Agent.

           Assist with clerical functions in the Call Center as requested or needed.

           Assist with other miscellaneous functions as requested.

           Participate in department meetings as required.

           Read and adhere to the hot screen messages.

           Maintain acceptable attendance standards for assigned schedule.
