Full-Time Work from Home Customer Experience Representative
Hiring Immediately l Multiple Openings l 100% Remote (Arizona Residents [excluding Flagstaff])

This is a dynamic, "call-after-call" environment that requires speed, precision, and stead focus. If you thrive under pressure and understand that true customer service takes heart, drive, and dedication, we want to hear from you!

Note: At this time, we are exclusively hiring full-time remote workers who currently reside in New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries for a wide variety of clients with professionalism and care.
  • Flexibly switch between different client protocols, date entry, requirements, and tailored scripts.
  • Maintain an empathetic, polite, and articulate demeanor on every call.
  • Consistently meet performance indicators (KPI's) including schedule adherence, average wrap-up time, and high-Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Technical and Workstation Requirements

Because this is a fast-paced remote position, your home office must meet the following requirements:

  • PC or Laptop with Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Apple products, and tablets are not compatible)
  • A dedicated, direct-wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited due to stability requirements).
  • A professional-grade wired headset with a built-in microphone.
  • A minimum screen resolution of 1600x900 is required. Two monitors are highly preferred to assist with monitor space for our systems.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30WPM

You must provide your own compliant equipment during the initial new-hire period. Upon successful completion of training, Nexa will supply company-issued hardware.

Schedule and Availability:

  • Full-Time, 10-hr shifts (4 days on, 3 days off)
  • Operations run 24/7. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day per week and participate in holiday rotations.
