Position: Cardiology Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $180–$400/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Cardiology practice, such as ACS management, arrhythmia evaluation, and heart failure optimization.
  • Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to guide AI model training.
  • Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards.
  • Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and enhance AI reasoning.
  • Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Attending physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
  • Resident physicians: Must be in the final year of residency or board-eligible if recently graduated.
  • Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date

  • Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
