• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new patients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population within the hospice setting, addressing unique mental health challenges associated with terminal illnesses. Your work will provide essential support to patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief, helping them navigate complex emotional landscapes while enhancing their overall quality of life in their remaining days.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specializing in mental health therapy, particularly in diverse settings.
• Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to engage effectively with patients and families.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
