Job Description:
This part-time contract role supports the client's field marketing and events team by managing end-to-end logistics for 20 events and ensuring seamless execution across conferences, rep onboarding, and new conference request workflows.
Job Summary
Coordinate all event logistics including conference registration, booth add-ons, attendee management, and post-event lead list distribution
Manage event inventory, outbound shipments, return shipments, and reordering of low-stock or damaged materials
Lead 30-minute event detail calls with sales representatives to prepare goals, booth details, and lead collection processes
Create and QA campaign records in Salesforce, maintain the Master Event Calendar, and track speaking engagements
Process incoming conference requests from the revenue team, verify business case completeness, and route approved requests to key stakeholders
Support new rep onboarding by ordering name tags, site visit materials, and ensuring portal access
Maintain organized, consistent communication with sales reps, vendors, and internal stakeholders across Slack, email, and Google Suite
Minimum Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in field marketing coordination, event marketing support, or a closely related role
Demonstrated ability to manage logistics for multiple concurrent events, 4-5 per month or more
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting
Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce, iCapture, Cvent, or similar event and CRM platforms
Familiarity with warehouse or multi-location inventory management
Experience supporting field marketing or sales enablement teams in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Comfort operating on a part-time, flexible schedule with EST or CST availability
