This is a critical leadership role at the centre of Kantar's Media business, partnering with one of our most strategic global clients. As Vice President, Client Service, you will shape how we deliver complex, large-scale programmes that combine data, technology, and human insight. Your leadership will ensure we consistently deliver high-impact outcomes, strengthen client partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving, AI-enabled landscape.
What you'll be doing
  • Lead senior client engagement, building trusted relationships and driving strategic conversations with key stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery of complex, multi-region programmes, ensuring quality, consistency, and commercial success
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and thought leadership development
  • Partner across teams to deliver innovative solutions, including AI and API-based products
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, aligning global teams and ensuring effective communication and governance
The ideal skills & experience
  • Media measurement expertise
  • Ad tech ecosystem experience, working with platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok etc., and understanding how they operate as both brands and media platforms
  • Proven senior leadership experience in client service or programme delivery, including commercial + solution-based thinking (cross-sell/upsell)
  • Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional and multi-region programmes
  • Experience working with media, technology, or data-led solutions, including exposure to AI or API delivery
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget oversight, forecasting, and pipeline management

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $195,000 Annual.
