This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while delivering essential mental health services. You will work from a designated workspace in your home and have regular access to a team of interdisciplinary professionals via telehealth platforms and team meetings. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop focused, personalized treatment plans that prioritize client goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to engage and express their feelings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians, to create a cohesive approach to client care.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using evidence-based practices to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, PsyD).
• Proficiency in technology, with a strong command of digital tools such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.

• Familiarity with teletherapy methodologies and best practices.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
