Job description

Who you are:

  • Design holistic content strategies that achieve specific, business-relevant goals
  • Curate buy-in around your plans with in-house specialists, executives, and investors
  • Prove results using data, leveraging tools like GA4, GrowthBook, and Google Sheets automations
  • Thoughtfully guide your team's activities, including specialists in content, code, and analytics
  • Collaborate with other Strategists through a common, centralized process

  • Mastery of tools like Google Workspace, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Google Tag Manager
Brownie points

  • Experience with data scraping, spreadsheet wizardry or other productivity hacks
  • Samples of past campaign strategy, execution and outcomes
Compensation
  • Salary range: $80K - $95K
  • Bonuses 3 times per year based on performance and profitability
  • 15 paid time off (PTO) days and 1 paid volunteer (VTO) day
  • 12 paid holidays, including a floating holiday, and a paid office closure between Christmas and New Year's
  • Health, dental, & vision insurance
  • Simple IRA with 3% matched by Orbit
