The Utah Attorney General has an immediate opening for an attorney to serve as an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust & Data Privacy Division. This position reports to the Division Director, working with a team of approximately six other attorneys and staff, focusing primarily on antitrust enforcement, while assisting with the data privacy docket. We are committed to serving the public, and we do this by working collaboratively with other state and federal partners in affirmative civil litigation.
