  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, on-page content, and other technical SEO elements to improve search visibility and user experience.
  • Monitor organic traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and revenue, translating performance data into actionable recommendations and ongoing optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Paid Media, and other Marketing team members to integrate SEO and content strategy into campaigns, launches, website initiatives, webinars, and events.
  • Stay ahead of changes in search, including Google algorithm updates, AI search experiences, AEO, GEO, LLM discoverability, generative AI, and emerging SEO and content marketing practices.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital content strategy, or a related digital marketing discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, search intent, competitive analysis, and content strategy.
  • Experience using SEO platforms such as SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, as well as technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
  • Experience optimizing for traditional and AI-powered search, including Google AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, and LLM discoverability, and using AI search tracking and optimization tools to measure visibility and performance.
  • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and similar analytics tools to measure organic search, content, conversion, and business performance.
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to support research, content development, analysis, optimization, and marketing workflows.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience creating high-quality, search-optimized content across multiple formats and experience working in WordPress or a similar CMS.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing search technologies and business needs.
