Chief Executive Officer - Heal.online - Faith Based
Are you a proven executive leader called to combine business excellence with Kingdom impact? Heal.online is seeking a mission-driven CEO to lead a growing Christian counseling and telehealth ministry serving individuals and families through clinically excellent, faith-centered care. This leader will oversee strategy, growth, operations, financial stewardship, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Vision amp; Leadership
  • Champion the mission, values, and Christian culture of the organization
  • Lead strategic planning in partnership with the Board of Directors
  • Serve as chief spokesperson and ambassador for the ministry
  • Lead organizational accountability systems and performance management processes
Growth amp; Partnerships
  • Build relationships with pastors, churches, donors, and strategic partners
  • Expand referral networks and ministry reach
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
Operations amp; Financial Stewardship
  • Oversee daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Improve systems, processes, and organizational efficiency
  • Ensure healthy margins, therapist productivity, and sustainable growth
  • Lead the organization toward financial sustainability and increased ministry impact
Operations amp; Financial Stewardship
  • Ensure HIPAA, telehealth, and behavioral health regulatory compliance
  • Promote clinical excellence and trauma-informed service delivery
Qualifications
  • Strong commitment to Culture, Philosophy, and Statement of Faith and Family of HEAL ONLINE THERAPY MINISTRIES, Inc. and 4KIDS
  • Fully understand and demonstrate the culture of authenticity of his/her Christian calling and lifestyle, as well as professionally excellent in manner of work
  • Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, telehealth, behavioral health regulations and best practices
  • Minimum 5 years Executive leadership experience and experience in operations and quality management
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or digital health platforms
  • Experience working with churches, faith-based organizations and mission-driven companies
  • Experience implementing operational and quality systems (e.g., EOS or other frameworks)
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required and travel
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and operating a startup preferred
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and management of remote working teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and innovative thinking to meet goals
