Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a part-time, remote, temporary Project Specialist representing Chromebook!

Be a part of shaping the future of retail sales execution for Google Android with 2020 Companies! The Project Specialist will support the Google Android team by developing SOPs and management programs to drive the effectiveness and readiness of retail field teams. This role will also involve supporting the broader goals of the Google Android Field Team through person and project management support.


This temporary part-time (up to 30 hours weekly) role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Client Services Team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure impactful training solutions. Exposure to business practices, project management environments, and professional communication interactions will be integral to this role.

Duration: July 27th, 2026- October 16th, 2026

Job Description:

Process Support and Development:

  • Learn internal business processes using established platforms and identify, document, and implement improvement strategies.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work with stakeholders, including program managers and client representatives, to support field execution and merchandising needs and implement solutions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review internal instructions and related content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with applicable needs for sales and merchandising.

Operational Field Support:

  • Engage with remote leaders to identify field needs and pain points, and develop internal strategies and processes to support.

Special Event Support:

  • Coordinate support between multiple teams (field Ops, Logistics, Training, etc) to execute at special retail and training events throughout the program.

Product Development and Procurement

  • Collaborate to create swag, field supplies, and promotional materials, and work within end-to-end deployment platforms.

Cross-functional partnership:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Logistics, field leadership and other various client stakeholders to impact program success and initiatives.

Leadership Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates and insights on development directly to the Client Account Manager and Director of Client Services and Operations, supporting projects and objectives to meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or preparing to pursue or recently completed a degree in Business, General Studies, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Ecosystem, Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and similar technological platforms
