What You Will Do:

Product and Technical Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality Android applications ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering technical leadership to establish architectural direction and ensure alignment with strategic technical goals.
  • Help to lead mobile Android development efforts, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices.

Business Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management teams to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Communicate technical concepts and challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide realistic estimates for development tasks and assist in planning sprints and release schedules.

Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all software development complies with relevant healthcare industry standards and regulations (such as HIPAA and data protection guidelines).
