Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Location: Remote - Nationwide

You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help manage provider data and maintain provider databases
  • Maintain network standards for recruitment and provider satisfaction
  • Manage all incoming requests to our network recruitment mailbox
  • Manage communication with other departments ensuring seamless customer service for network providers

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED 
  • 4 years of experience within the health care industry
  • 2 years of data entry experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Proficiency with provider communication

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
