A rapidly growing and highly respected commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award through closeout. The Project Manager will assume responsibility for commercial glazing projects after award and manage all aspects of project execution, including contract review, submittals, procurement, scheduling, change orders, and closeout activities.

This role works closely with estimating, operations, fabrication, field leadership, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

• Manage projects from handoff through completion

• Review contracts and identify project risks

• Coordinate submittals and approvals

• Oversee material procurement and fabrication schedules

• Manage project timelines and milestones

• Process RFIs and change orders

• Coordinate with field operations and installation teams

• Attend client and contractor meetings as required

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and profitability

• Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

• Curtain Wall Systems

• Storefront Systems

• Unitized Systems

• Doors & Hardware

• Blast-Resistant Systems

• Government Facilities

• Data Centers

• Educational Facilities

• Multi-Family Construction

• Commercial Tilt-Up Projects

Project sizes range from approximately $100K to $9M+.

• Commercial Glass & Glazing Project Management experience

• Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative

• Government project experience

• Data center project experience

• Blast-resistant glazing experience

• Doors & Hardware experience

• Fabrication and shop coordination experience
