  • Define and structure EPICs and features across distributed teams and Product Owners.
  • Promote reuse, standardization, and alignment across locations and Business Units.
  • Establish meaningful metrics to measure adoption, productivity improvements, and business impact.
  • Work closely with the Release Train Engineer to ensure effective execution while maintaining ownership of product strategy and priorities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, large language models, AI agents, and their application to software engineering and engineering productivity.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, CI/CD, development tooling, automation, and engineering analytics.
  • Ability to define strategy, prioritize effectively, and balance competing business demands.
  • Experience driving technology adoption, organizational change, or engineering transformation initiatives in large software organizations.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally (approx. twice a year).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large (>500 engineers) distributed software projects with strong HW/SW interaction.
  • Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g. SAFe).
  • In depth knowledge of Advantest products and solutions (93K, T2K, SLT, ASV, Memory, ...)
