AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking motivated professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow their careers. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, help clients understand their options, and guide them through the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
Warm leads are provided-no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and provide guidance on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
